“Teaching without Preaching: The Place of Morality in the Modern Day Law School”

The essay is a reflection based on the anonymous author’s experience teaching potentially “preachy” subjects of Jurisprudence and Ethics to explore the challenges of balancing and relationship between teaching the law and discipling young people in a Christian law school.

The goal of this paper is not to provide a sure-fire script for success, but rather to encourage inspired reflection on how teaching can be an avenue for Christian discipleship without compromising the legal learning process.
